Now in its twenty-third year, the Bell Shakespeare Company’s 2013 season examines the idea of family - historically, tragically and comedically, and proves that there are three sides to every story.

John Bell tackles Shakespeare's greatest comic invention, Falstaff - the lord of misrule, the corruptor of youth - in Henry 4, which tours to CanberraPerthMelbourne and Sydney.

Catherine McClements takes on Phèdre in Melbourne and Sydney, and comes to terms with what human emotions are capable of and what they can create and destroy.

To round out the season is the national tour, a new production of one of Shakespeare’s mistaken-identity comedies, The Comedy Of Errors, that sees the company touring through every state and many regional centres in an extensive thirty-two venue tour over five months.

Available as part of a season ticket, audiences are able to purchase single tickets to all productions from their website from today - Monday, 18th February.

Hunger for the crown. Grasping for breath. Relishing the ridiculous. There are a world of stories waiting to be told in Bell Shakespeare’s 2013 season.
