Russell Brand announces full Australian tour
Rockstar of British comedy Russell Brand will return to Australia in December for his first full national stand-up tour.
The sardonic fast-talker, vegan meditator and former drug/sex addict has become an international comedy icon in recent years, following his role in the blockbuster film Forgetting Sarah Marshall and its spin-off Get Him To The Greek. Brand has since published two bestsellers and has more films in the works.
Russell Brand will take his 'I Am A Walrus' show (titled in reference to the Beatles' song he infamously butchered during the London Olympics Closing Ceremony) to arenas in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, September 25.
