The service fee & CC fees are taken off the nominated price of the ticket and paid by the ticket seller.
The booking fee is added on the price of the ticket and paid by the ticket purchaser.
Example:
1x $25 ticket
Sells for:
$25+$2 booking fee = $27.
Remits for:
$27 - $2 booking fee - 2.5% CC charge - $1.5 service fee = $22.88
Complex Ticket Pricing
We can easily manage more sophisticated pricing, including pre-sales & timed price points for early-bird sales Eventfinder’s ticketing system can manage multiple redemption codes for specific discounts, pre-sales, special offers, and other kinds of promotional pricing.
