RAC Freeway Bike Hike for Asthma

The Freeway Bike Hike for Asthma is WA’s largest cycling event and is a unique fundraising event for the Asthma Foundation of Western Australia.

In 2013 the event is back - bigger and better than ever. All distances finish at Langley Park in the Perth CBD and there are start locations north and south of the river to choose from, as well as special event trains to ensure you get to your chosen start location and home again after the event!

Participants have the unique opportunity to cycle freely along the Southbound lanes of the Kwinana and Mitchell Freeways free from all traffic. This is the only occasion during the year that this novelty occurs, allowing thousands of cycling enthusiasts from both Western Australia and interstate to embrace the Freeway Bike Hike for Asthma.

There is a distance to suit all ages and levels of ability and now you can even choose your start location depending on whether you live north or south of the river.

2013 will see the ninth year of this growing even, which was designed to raise awareness and funds for the Asthma Foundation of Western Australia.
