The Commonwealth Bank Series will be launched in Melbourne on Wednesday 9 January with members of the Australian One Day International Cricket team meeting cricket fans at a public appearance.
The event will see fans interact with some of their favourite members of the Australian men’s cricket team during a signing and photo session.
Those attending the launch will also get the inside scoop on the upcoming Commonwealth Bank Series matches when the Australian cricket stars participate in a question and answer session with MC Pete Lazer.
The prize of a lifetime will be up for grabs with one lucky attendee to be selected to meet the Captains during the coin toss at the first CommBank Series match.
Fans will also have the opportunity to get their hands on some great giveaways including mini cricket bats, drink bottles, and fan banners, all of which they’ll be able to get signed by the attending players.
In an extra drawcard for cricket enthusiasts, the first 25 fans to attend the launch in their best cricket dress-up will win tickets to the first Commonwealth Bank Series match against Sri Lanka at the MCG on Friday 11 January, 2013.
