The COFA Annual 2012 exhibition features a stunning array of animation, ceramics, drawing, digital imaging, environments, graphics, installation, interactive media, jewellery, motion graphics, objects, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, sound, textiles and video works by COFA’s more than 300 graduating students.

At the COFA Annual screening, students present 3D animation, 2D animation, video dramas and documentaries, and experimental screen-based artworks on the big silver screen.

The COFA Annual events mark an exciting moment of transition. They are a celebration of metamorphosis as graduating students leave COFA’s classrooms and prepare to enter the professional arena.

The COFA Annual 2012 is an amazing opportunity to see Australia’s next generation of creative talents before they make it big.

After the ANNUAL, COFA’s graduates go on to do great things.

This year, Claire Healy and Sean Cordeiro had a major retrospective at the MCA. Shaun Gladwell had a solo show at the AGNSW and Nigel Milsom won the prestigious Sulman Prize.

Other well known COFA graduates include such big names such as Mikala Dwyer, Adam Cullen, Abi Alice, Jonathan Jones, Del Kathyrn Barton, Clinton Nain, Janet Laurence, Brook Andrew, Trent Jansen, Bronwyn Oliver and the team from Dinosaur Designs.
