The Career Ignite Program is an innovative, three-tier program. It is designed to enhance workplace ‘fit’, well-being & engagement and to give participants the tools to identify the factors that support them to perform at their best & contribute to your organisation’s success. This program combines cutting-edge research with best practice & empirically validated approaches from the fields of business, coaching psychology, positive psychology, the behavioural sciences & adult education.

Program Presenters
Margaret O’Malley MAppSc (Syd) & Michelle Taylor MAppSc, BA(Hons)(Syd) are executive coaches & facilitators. They develop innovative workplace and executive coaching programs that support individuals to enact positive changes for both personal and organisational benefits.
With over thirty years combined experience in adult training & development, Margaret & Michelle bring a wealth of experience across NGO, private, & public sectors. They have worked in a broad range of management roles including operational, organisational change, strategy, IT, policy, risk, communications, & project management.
They are both graduates of the Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from the University of Sydney. They utilise cutting-edge research, theory, and knowledge from the fields of coaching psychology, applied positive psychology, the behavioural & social sciences, education, & business to deliver high quality, interactive & creative presentations that engage, motivate & transform participants.
