Incredible local buzz band New Empire are delighted to announce that they will take to the road for a national headline tour this October and November, to support the release of their anticipated new album ‘Symmetry’ (MGM), which will drop on Friday 16th September.
The ‘Symmetry’ national tour will take in nine dates across six States and Territories, taking the band’s dynamic live show to fans across the country. The mesmerizing four-piece outfit has been making waves in the Australian music scene over the past twelve months, having toured with Good Charlotte earlier in the year, followed by a national support for Owl City that wrapped just last week.
They are getting set to embark on a string of East Coast shows with Simple Plan next month. Charismatic front-man Jeremy Fowler today said that the ‘Symmetry’ tour “will be like no other tour we’ve done before. For us, it feels like the live showcase of everything we’ve been working towards for the past two years. We’ll be pulling out everything we’ve got for this tour, it’ll be full of surprises, it will be… epic!”.
New Empire is well and truly on an upward trajectory, having recently penned a global publishing deal with Native Tongue Publishing, joining the ranks alongside Gossling, Mia Dyson and the Black Seeds among others. With industry insiders comparing the band to the likes of 30 Seconds To Mars and Kings Of Leon, and a new album that was recorded in Silverchair bassist Chris Joannou’s studio on the NSW Central Coast, New Empire are well and truly here to stay.
Look out for the latest single ‘Give Me The World’, which has been profiled on Channel V and secured airplay across Austereo’s national radio networks Radar Radio and the Today Network, along with spins on Sydney’s Triple M. Don’t miss New Empire when they hit your city with their amazing live shows this October and November!
